The world is slowly moving toward the digitization of every industry, micro-problem, and niche. Product management is at the core of this transformation. As a product manager with no experience or technical skills, it’s important to learn the technical lingo and develop an elementary background in coding. As a PM, an understanding of coding fundamentals will strengthen all agile and scrum activities. Though the work narration and names differ from time and screenplay, for a product manager, the one thing which remains at the same level is the product success.
